Owner/CEO
Steve began Leaders with his partner, Craig, in 1994, after other successful ventures in the construction and moving industries. The two partners went all-in, renting a small apartment that they ran the original operations out of. Today, Leaders has serviced over 175,000 moves and has expanded to four locations - Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis. Craig retired in 2021, and Steve now owns the entire company. His dedication to the business has made a lasting impact on thousands of employees over the past 30 years, and they are all grateful for the opportunity that the company has provided. Steve has three children - Ben, Evan, and Elizabeth.
COO
Jason has been with Leaders Moving for 28 years, starting as a mover and assisting in the office, then transitioning to sales. He then became the assistant operations manager, the operations manager, the director of operations, and finally COO. Jason and his wife of 34 years, Gina, have 3 kids and 5 grandchildren. Jason is an avid outdoorsman, with a strong devotion to family, service and integrity.
Executive Administrator
Caysie has been with Leaders for 26 years. She plays the motherly role for many of the staff, as she is quick to offer guidance and make sure the team is taken care of. Caysie enjoys walking through parks, picking out outfits for her dog, and spending time with her husband, Lee.
Sales Associate
Mathew Gore has been with Leaders Moving for over 8 years in the sales and claims departments. He enjoys his Weber grill, camping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. He has over 25 years combined experience in the industry and was raised in Ohio.
Claims Manager
Shawna has been with Leaders for four years as our Claims Manager. She has over 25 years of experience in customer-service related roles, and dedicates much of her time to community service efforts.
Sales Associate
Jason Mccollum has been with Leaders for 14 years. During that time, he has served as a sales consultant. Jason likes to work with the local markets to ensure the growth of the company. He also works closely with local realtor associations and apartment complexes. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, playing golf, and traveling.
Operations Manager
Jason has been with Leaders Moving Company since 2013, but in the moving business since 2006. He Started as a Mover/Driver, then moved up Crew Foreman. With hard work, loyalty, and dedication, he earned his first promotion in 2016 to Field Manager. Then, in 2018, he earned his second promotion to assistant operations manager. Finally, in 2023, he was Promoted to Operations Manager. According to Jason, "It's been a long road, but the travel doesn't stop here".
IT
Timothy Mack has been with Leaders Moving and Storage for over 20 years. With a career that began as a Mover and Crew Foreman (successfully completing over 3,500 moves), Tim has held a position as an Operations Manager in our Columbus office and currently works in our IT department. He is married to his wife, Melinda, and together they have a beautiful daughter, Eleanor.
Lead Developer
William Cline is a dedicated IT Professional with over 10 years of experience at Leaders Moving and Storage. Throughout this decade, William has played a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, robust security, and flexible collaboration among all included parties. Known for his problem-solving skills and innovative approach, William has consistently contributed to the company's growth and efficiency. Outside of work, William enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, exploring new foods together. Additionally, he has a passion for application development, exploring an eclectic range of music, and playing video games. With these personal pursuits, William brings the same level of passion and dedication to his professional role. Facility Manager
Steve has been a part of the Leaders family for 28 years. Starting out as a mover, Steve has completed over 2,000 moves during that time and holds Master Mover status. Being adept mechanically, Steve now serves as our facility manager, servicing all of our buildings, our fleet of over 40 vehicles, and even performing repairs as needed. Steve has five children that he cherishes - Christina, Tiffany, Andrew, Sebrina, and Alivia.

Larger residential and commercial moves are generally scheduled for early morning, around 8 AM, to allow ample time for completion. Smaller jobs like apartment or condo moves can be scheduled throughout the day.

While we recommend utilizing your own boxes, packing paper, and tape, our professional packing services are available to take the stress out of preparing for your move.
Our packers are trained to load items efficiently, with heavier items on the bottom and delicate items safely secured. If anything becomes damaged despite our care, we’ll make it right through repair or fair compensation.
