Once your belongings are in there, they stay until you’re ready for it again.

Q. How long will clients store their belongings?
A. On average, anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Sometimes it’s a week, sometimes it’s a month, sometimes years. It just depends. When they’re ready for their items, we ask that they give us at least a 24-hour notice, but we pride ourselves on servicing you quickly, if you need your container.

Q. You’ve been with the company from the start. Why so long? What’s kept you?
A. My first couple days, I went out with the owners. I started in May and by late June I was in the office. I was in operations for almost 15 years, although the average span of an operations manager is 3 to 5 years. I lasted so long because of the way this company takes care of its employees—the quality equipment, stocked breakroom and pay structure with a 401k, benefits, bonuses and awards. Since then, I’ve transitioned into sales.
